Crispy Dino Tots and creamy, veggie-filled dip. What more could you want?
1 (12-ounce) bag Green Giant Fresh Broccoli Florets
1 8-ounce package light cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
2 cups grated sharp white cheddar, divided
1 tsp. garlic powder
zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup water
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1-2 packages Green Giant® Dino Veggie Tots® – Broccoli & Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Steam Green Giant Fresh Broccoli Floret for 6 minutes or microwave for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Finely chop 2/3 of the broccoli. Roughly chop the remaining 1/3 and set aside to use as garnish.
In a large bowl combine the cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth and well combined. Fold in 1 ¾ cups cheddar cheese, the 2/3 broccoli, lemon zest, olive oil, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add broccoli cheese mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly. Top with the remaining 1/3 chopped broccoli and remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling around the edges and beginning to turn golden brown.
While dip is cooking, preheat air fryer to 400°F, then cook Dino Tots according to pack instructions.
Serve warm.
